Good evening everyone. I am sure many of you wish to know how things are progressing. Due to the fact that there are people trying to discourage any action taken by the share holders I believe that it is in everyones best interest that I not talk about any specific things being looked at until we have a full list of options available. I do apologize for the slow progress we have been making but it is difficult for all of us to find the time. Regardless of my whining about time nothing is going to happen until we have the ability to call a special share holders meeting. I am currently reviewing the regulations involved in this action to ensure I have all my ducks in a row with no loose ends that can be contested. On that note it is necassary to have everyone real name to be associated with the share count. The list from the transfer agent will not show your E-mail address so they will have no way of validating the count so please make sure that your real name is included with any mailing to me. We are getting closer with each passing day. We currently have over 100 people participating in this effort. The share count is very impressive as well but we have not reached our goal of over 2MM+ yet. This is no time to rest on laurels. Many of you have asked me to let you know if you can help. Well I need help getting the people to send their share pledge in for this meeting. So start calling all those people that are pissed at you for ever suggesting an investment in IPM and tell them to stop belly aching and to do something about it by E-mailng me with their shares. They will not be standing alone as we have many people who have already taken the initiative as the trail blazers of IPM.
