As one who made good money in oil service in 1993, but missed the recent roller coaster rides up and down. the stocks are beginning to look attractive.

But I want to see improved reaction to news before taking the plunge. It has been my experience that when an industry gets wacked, best to stay out until the stocks stop going down on bad news. If oil dropped another buck, but the stocks held -- that would be a great buy signal from my perspective.
