I would not only like to agree with you RM but, if you don't mind, also add my 0.02$.
I don't think it's an "either or" situation, contracts or news releases,(if it has to be that way then I fully agree with you, RM). Rather we should see this as an evolutionary process.
We are, as it has been put, at the "egg hatching" stage, where, hopefully for us and essential for DGIV's growth, we have to move out of the OTC. Although it takes very few words to say so, it is a notably difficult process in itself, independent of all other activities, which have to be performed parallel to this.
To be able to have had a chance at "egg hatching" a lot of work, in the real world, has already been performed. Enough to satisfy stringent filling requirements, enough to give ample proof of the potential of the business concept and the viability of the enterprise.
Once the egg hatching has been performed still mountains of work lie ahead. Generating new contracts, making the existing contracts grow, adequating the co. infrastructure to co's objectives. Adapting and exploiting all possible opportunities in a very complex environment as this industry is showing to be. Additionally, "quality" PR & IR will be needed. IMO only at this stage is PR & IR relevant since it will serve as an additional tool to reinforce share value (being share value yet another tool to achieve strategic objectives).
News releases, at this moment when the egg has not been hatched, for the sake of "just saying something" would be absurd, to put it mildly. |
