JEB, have never gone to one of those conferences. Don't know if they have any value, but I suspect they do not. A person can probably get 100 times more value out of reading these threads on SI. You just can't encapsulate an industry in a seminar and most analysts don't spend any time in the biotech/pharm industry itself to the degree neccessary to understand the real underlying trends. Reading the analyst reports that friends send, they seem like really well-phrased opinions (and you know what they say about opinions).
