Donald,

Thanks that you took the time to answer. Actually I did not expect to receive any answers at all.

I would like to make it very clear again: I am neither long nor short in FENWAY. The only reason why I started to do research on FENWAY was and still is, that I have plenty of time.

I did not intend to obset anybody or to become emotional. I just could not believe what I saw.

Why is it, that nobody made any comments about my questions, other than to say that the feasability was done by a large engineering firm?

We all know, rubbish in - rubbish out, especially when the input has prices of hundred dollars which is the RETAIL PRICE. So how does the wholesaler, the distributor and the small retailer make any money when FENWAY is taking allmost all of the margin in the study?

If you read Wall Street Journal you will know that there is excess supply of cement in most Asian countries like Thailand, South Korea, Japan and Taiwan.

The main reason imports of cement into Philippines is difficult is because of distribution problems in the major developing cities and no storage facilities plus it is rainy season half of the year and construction is limited during this time.

The island of Palawan presents no advantage as the same problems as imported cement will exist for this project.

Also check my messages to John A. Weisgerber and Bohdan Kiszczuk.

Best regards,
