Hello Alvin, you and Denim seem quite upset about JCI's lack of activity. I will agree that they have been rather quiet about their ongoing operations, but they do have a viable business that is generating revenue. I for one will hold my shares and wait for the next development. If you liked the company and their technology, I really dont see what has changed to distress you to such an extent. The stock has been inactive, but is holding at a respectable level. Personally I think that a US listing would be perfect for JCI, perhaps they are having trouble with the new SEC regulations regarding prospective registrants - I have heard they are much more stringent. Anyways we shall see in due course - given the beating the market has taken recently I would say there are worse places to have your money than JCI. Good Luck MB.
