Bud, According to the April 20 press realease from Financial Intranets (http://205.185.55.112/press9.asp) the total shares outstanding is 16,183,877, the float is 11,953,394, the remaining 4,230,483 are what they termed "investment" shares. I'm not sure what that term means. You can view this information at the FNTN InvestorNet site under the "Financials" section. (http://home.swbell.net/sprue) Thanks, Kevin
