What the hell does the ranting of self serving politicians have to do with assigning value to TAVA? And why would I listen to anyone on capitol hill to gain insight into what is a technical problem? My child knows more about computer software and hardware than Bennett. Particularly galling is the fact that Bennett refers to Ted Stevens as someone worth listening to. This is the same squiggling turd who thought taxing Internet telephony was a good way to "level the playing field" so that the Bell's could get into the business. Oh yeah, he forgot to mention that they were his largest contributor. The truth of the matter is that on 01/01/2000, the extortionists in D.C. will no longer be able to use y2k as a springboard for their own agendas, namely PR and graft.
