Let's get it on Pure Folder I would love to help you get a Ca. contingent together. You were correct about the Class A to Class B. He converted his Class B to Class A, not sold it. But each time Peter has sold his Class A stock, he has exercised his option for the same amount of shares therefore his % has never changed. Not bad if you can sell the stock at $4.00 and buy back the shares through options at a buck. I'm just using those numbers as examples, not actual $$$. As to David Collins remarks, I am sure he said proxy and not prospectus. I'm serious, I would definitely help organize a California contingent. It would be fun to meet the other "names" on this and Ragingbull's board. Snackman
