H.R. 4355, the House version of the Y2K info disclosure bill, was drafted primarily by Bell Atlantic and a few other companies. Hence, it should not be too surprising that they would express support for the bill. ggg. However, their is broad agreement in industry that it will not provide much real incentive for businesses to share Y2K-related info.
