Ron, Investigating this fiasco has been a real eye opener, and having been a strong supporter of NVID in the past, it was difficult to swallow some the allegations laying down. Even today, I still want to believe. I still say to myself, what if, but what if.
I can overlook Mr. Arata's arrest, he was young and everyone deserves a second chance. I can rationalize that Mr. Klenovic is innocent until proven guilty. I can see someone getting behind on their taxes. These are things that I can overlook or try to rationalize, blinded by my will to believe that my dreams would be realized, actually like Sugar Plum Fairy's dancing in my head, keeping all the negative thougths in check. Writing things off as being irrelevant.
Well I think some, if not many of the allegations may have little bearing on NVID, if the fundamental criteria is true. That is, are they generating revenue, is Aqua Bio really landing big orders, is Microsafe for real?
When everything is a ? mark, and the only valid criteria that you have to go on is, 43 million shares outstanding, it's time to step back. Because that is detremental and a huge hurdle to cross. I can see no justifiable reason for such an increase, especially when the number of shares outstanding has always been a moving target, from day one.
When I asked Mr. Bunte yesterday to explain the share discrepency, he stated that they had hired or appointed key people. So who is on the board? Where and to whom were these shares assigned? That is what I would like to know.
I want to believe, Dear God, I want to believe.
But with their credibility at stake, it is going to take verifiable proof, addressing the fundamentals of this company's reason for existence, before I would ever reconsider buying into their story again.
The burden of proof is in their court, and they now are in the position of backing up every claim that they have ever made, with facts, not lip service.
If they can prove that they have what they claim, there will be plenty of time to invest.
