I spoke with Deb today, she said that these IRB Dr's are too busy to take our phone calls. She also claimed that she has first hand knowledge of an investor who tried to get 500,000 shares filled @ $.25
No shares were available for the order, she claimed.
She said that they are burning cash @ $225,000 per month. They have less than $1,000,000 in the bank. Deb said that IMDS will not be using the $15,000,000 line of credit because the share price is too low. If they don't use the credit and the share price does not move up, they will have no money in the bank in 4-5 months. |
