Other companies are not growing their revenues thru acquisitions,
it's a big difference.

(You may be led to believe TLC's eps number is actually comparable
to other eps by companies who don't boost revenues that way.)

If you acknowledge this, then you would have to admit, that there is a lagging effect on calculating exact o/s to determine eps yet capture all the revenue.

This again begs the question on the quality of earnings reported and if there's any doubt, it will make a difference when the crunch time comes and investors start to sell.
