The analysis is quite simple. The company is overvalued and the accounting is criminal. Certain operatives of Mr. Pink that are employed by Actrade reported back that Lenny the accounant was in Actrades Penn Station office just today. Zeller Weiss might be uncomfortable putting their name on an opinion that endorses Acrt's bogus revenue accounting. Lenny was getting pressure from Stinky Stonkus to keep doing it the old way. Judgment against Rice is still pending and may have to be noted in the 10k unless a speedy resolution is reached. Mr. Pink
