Of course they are. Many companies are growing revenue significantly via acquisitions. TLC is not the only company with this business model.

BTW, everyone including the analysts know that the number of TLC outstanding shares is going to increase with time. You act as if this is some big secret or that this has not been already taken into account by the investment community.

At any rate your points continue to miss the big picture which is that
1) TLC is gaining market share in a rapidly consolidating industry

2) The demand for edutainment software is on the rise and will be further fueled by demographics and cheap PC's

3) TLC's balance sheet has been cleaned up dramatically

4) The recent acquisitions are accretive

5) As consolidation continues prices will be more easily controlled

6) TLC has tremendous distribution/marketing

7) All of the recently acquired titles will be much more profitable under TLC's infrastructure

8) TLC's product line and breadth is unmatched in their segment
