Jim - Huh? However, it does no good now to explain why you doubt LSI would have made an offer. It happened, people talk, period. What does this mean? You think the LSI deal happened? Based on the word of an anonymous poster on Yahoo and Beyer's 'no comment' to the SJMN? I wouldn't rule out that such a deal did happen, but I certainly wouldn't take the above as conclusive evidence. If you have something else let me know. Clark PS The original reason I responded to Dan, was not to debate this particular subject, but to try to dissuade people from a frivolous suit. If the guy is incompetent, lets vote him out. Suing the company just takes our money and puts it in the wallet of the lawyers. And over such a transient matter.
