MSFT owns a chunk of it already and has a board member. Not sure why they would increase stock repurchase quantity if takeover talks are ongoing. Only possibility is that MSFT has not approached them with offer yet. SCOC needs a kick start to get it going. Only thing that will move this sleeper is top line growth which has been missing for a while. In any case, I would like to see some one buy this one out so that I can get on with my investment life<g>. Regards JK
