This squib is from an ad in an Infobeat report tonight. I was happily surprised as Al Frank has a pretty good track record:

** Bad industry times turns semiconductor maker into a bargain (IDTI)
Bad times make semiconductor manufacturer Integrated Device Technology (IDTI) a bargain says value investor Al Frank. Since management predicted a pretax operating loss of $15 million on a 10% drop in sales from the same quarter last year, shares have fallen by 14%. But Frank maintains that the firm's RISC microprocessor, logic and communication product divisions continue to make progress during difficult times for the industry. IDTI now trades at roughly 99 percent of revenues, 1.06 times book value and 4.8 times cash flow.
