Gaz, Welcome to the board. My understanding of the 144 sales is that they have 90 days to complete the sale, and it's not a guaranteed sale, so to speak. Maybe, just maybe, he's expecting a substantial price increase within the next three months. Timing is everything. Whatcha think... steve
