Dear Mr. Shoults,

All publicly traded warrants expired without being extended by the company. The last of which expired earlier this week.

We are currently negotiating with Berlex. An announcement will be made at the conclusion of these negotiations.

As at September 30 there was currently:

Class A -- 6,692,267 shares outstanding (publicly traded)
Class B -- 431,552 shares outstanding (not traded)

Class B is convertible 1 to 1 into Class A. Distinction between classes is explained in our annual report and other SEC filings (10Q,10k, etc.)

We also have begun a web page @ www.bradpharm.com. Although it is still under construction, there is some good information available there.
