Paulo, Read Stock Market Logic by Norman Fosback and you may change your mind. Certainly new lows can indicate bearishness at peaks and divergences from price patterns... I use new highs/new lows as part of my binary review process. But from MY standpoint, market "orderliness" is MUCH more important as a disorganized market results in the situation that happened Tuesday. Bill
