Joe,
I think you will find that 2 VP's, Pinsky and Factor own 0 shares, at least that was the case. Also, do you have any information about the lawsuit against Pharmacia & Upjohn that was in arbitration. IMMU was suing for 60 million + damages.
What really puzzles me is that the company finally got FDA approval, has a potential windfall from the lawsuit and has many patents and yet the stock acts as if none of this is going on. What gives?
