With all due respect I think you are overstating your case. You may have heard much of this before but I'm sure not everyone has. It puts several issues out into the open so they are no longer rumours. As to why he hasn't given a timeframe as to when we may hear from Ledoux, Russell or whoever, it is a scientific process and there is most likely do not know how long the review will take. I doubt any company would speculat on such a timeframe as it would lead to unreasonable speculation.
