David Cannon; Did the company actually terminate the balance of the 26 million Reg. D package as stated in a previous news release? Have they continued the draw down anyway? Is it possible that they were able to draw down the remaining balance in one lump sum, thus technically ending it and playing a two step number on their shareholders? Regards
