IPM acquired their interest in the Black Rock properties from Phoenix International Mining Corporation. Dale Runyun of Maxam is also associated with Phoenix, although I am not sure in what capacity, so Runyun and Furlong have a personal relationship. I am not aware of any business relationship between IPM and Maxam, although they apparently share some information through Phoenix. Al
