NCD/NORTEL University Deal. Thanks for the information. I was busy shopping for higher CD rates yesterday....so wasn't really paying attention. I think the reason there wasn't much response was because most of the big boys are either waiting out this "correction" or sweating bullets... I assume you mean the following hot article.
