Harry, Don't accuse me of screaming chicken little because this is bad news. Period. I have no problem with your news, your DD, or your integrity, but rather the tactic: CONVERTABLE DEBENTURES !!!! THIS SUCKS !!!! Newbies who have no idea what we're talking about may bail at a huge loss because of your hysterics, and we may find out that the significant damage from them was already done before we even knew of a company called DiSX. Go ahead, flame me. But before you do, prove what I have said is wrong. Re-read my post. I don't recall disagreeing with you. Post all you want. It will be meaningless unless the SEC filing backs it up. Baloney. Independently audited financials will say as well. Auditors endorse a company's financials under penalty of perjury . Look, I have no interest in a flame war, and you can have the last word now if you choose.
