Diana Matley Named LSI Logic Vice President of Investor Relations

MILPITAS, Calif., Aug. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Diana L. Matley was named today as the LSI Logic (NYSE: LSI) Vice President of
Investor Relations.
Matley reports to R. Douglas Norby, LSI Logic executive vice president and chief financial officer.
"During the past 13 years, Diana has developed an extensive institutional knowledge of the business strategies, key markets, and
major customers of LSI Logic," said Norby. "Diana is a proven effective representative to the financial community and LSI Logic will
directly benefit from her continued tenure in investor relations."
Last year, Matley was promoted to director of investor relations, which followed three years as the manager of investor relations.
Earlier, she was the manager of employee communications and creative services. She has held several other managerial positions
during her career with LSI Logic.
Prior to joining LSI Logic, Matley held communications and other positions with GE Intersil, Atari and Eastman Kodak.
She received her bachelor's degree in communications from California State University, Sacramento.
