Good morning! I'm a new member to SI...been watching for the last couple of months. I've been invested in Zulu for the last 4 months waiting for this baby to take off...but I seem to get frustrated at times waiting for these guys to get their act together.

I called Mark Wachs this morning and asked him what the story was. I have called IR previously and have received the same responses and promises as everyone else. The last time I called, Mary told me the financials would be out no later than July 22nd. But I don't want to get into dates...I think it always brings people down when deadlines aren't met. I used to be an auditor and know that financials do get delayed sometimes, however, in this case, I believe they are waiting for the Combination to get okay'd by NASDAQ.

Anyway, Mr. Wachs claimed that the financials would be out soon...whatever. He wouldn't talk about the numbers...but still claims that Zulu will be able to compete with DCLK. In addition, no comment on the conversion ratio.

I think that if this company can get some steady management that they will actually be able to compete in the ad world.

That's all for now. Thanks for all of the DD everyone is doing out there. I'm trying to make phone calls on my end and will relay whatever info I can.
