Hi,
You guys are missing the point. This stock is being treated as a non-producer with no revenue. This sector has been hammered (but it will come back just like everything else). The price is being "manipulated" by day traders playing momentum. It has nothing to do with the fundamentals. The stock broke through resistance to reach its' highs. It has been going down pennies and been in a trading range.
Now it has a nice base to jump from. It will soon be looked at as a producer with explosive revenue growth. New players will come in when the oil starts flowing because then there is no "faith" involved in believing what people say. They will have proof.
It won't move up pennies then. It will have new buyers who weren't in it at $3.95.
The market was down 300 points in the US and this only lost a nickel. If the NR had come out on a different day all those shorts at 1.90 would be looking at loses now.
Reevaluate you position. Don't try to read between the lines.
Is what I'm saying true. Is this still being looked at as a non-producer with no revenue. You said yourself that you think there's oil down there. When they start pumping, will they still be looked at as a non-producer? At that time will they not have explosive revenue growth to be able to report? Think about it.
Don't be married to a position. You've been right that the stock hasn't moved up, but just like those that should have sold at 3.95 maybe this base is the time to buy before it goes back up to test those highs.
Just my opinion, but I believe it's worth thinking about.
Best Regards,
Bruce
