Juli, CyberFax is a combination of hardware and software that is proprietary. It uses the internet to transmit a fax from point a to point b. The user needs no special pieces to use CyberFax. Any regular fax machine can send a fax over the CyberFax network, or any computer that has a fax modem for that matter. The beauty of the system is that you living in the US could send a fax to Hong Kong without incurring any long distance charges, just the charges to actually fax the page or the charges that the service you use charges. The point is that you avoid the LD charge. The CyberFax network is growing worldwide as evidenced by South Africa, Europe, Asia and the US.
