I added to my CYMI position for that very reason.

For the past six months, CYMI has been 50-60% of the price of AMAT. Any move outside of this range is usually short lived (less than two weeks).

With AMAT at 34 3/4, CYMI should be in the 17 - 20 range.

Unless, of course, something has changed and we don't know about it.
