Time to pick Jubimer's brain...

...I bet the additional digitalcamcorder licenses are in hand because the debt financing and preferred exchange suggests a known of growing royalty income on the part of the buyers...

A few months ago, you mentioned something about a step-up in the recurring royalty stream (currently in the $10-12 million/year range) as the royalty agreements expire and are replaced by new ones. Can you please go over it in some more detail? Also, a few years ago while doing my initial due diligience, I was struck by the fact that in the year (1991) before going public, AXC collected something like 50+ million in one-time royalty settlements. The typical royalty agreement is usually 5-7 years. Are we on the cusp of a wave of renewals? I'm also curious about what kind of leverage you can get nowadays out of a recurring royalty stream like the one AXC has -- just to get an idea of the size of financing available.

Thanks, as always.
