Experts, correct me if I'm wrong. I would file a 144 EVERY three months so that, IF suddenly the stock leaps UP because of developments I (the insider) know are underway, I have a chance of cleaning up. Therefore, a 144 filing does NOT automatically mean that the insider is losing faith in the company. Comments, anyone?
