IBIS CEO said this morning on CNBC that IBM bought two of their implanters. He also said the cost of a 8" wafer was ~$200 ($100 of which was the Si wafer, $100 was the SIMOX) FWIW, IBIS is down 1 9/16. I take it that thick SIMOX is not implanted but bonded somehow? JF
