I have attended the shreholder meeting, and Mr. Bruce did strongly deny any wrong doing on behalf of the officers and the company, and said that the company will strongly defend their position. I do not remember if Mr. Bruce mentioned any distraction on the company, but his statement in his press release regarding the distraction, I do not read it negative. In today world company do not want to take any chance for potential law suit, and it is known that when a company fighting a law suit, for sure it creat distraction, but the company still could execute their business by working harder. Thanks
