Intelispan And PINACOR Announce Strategic and Exclusive Distribution Agreement
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 5, 1998--Intelispan Inc. (OTC BB: IVPN) announced Wednesday a comprehensive distribution agreement with Pinacor Inc., a leading wholesale distributor of technology products and services to offer their leading edge Virtual Private Network (VPN) services through Pinacor's 20,000+ reseller base.
The agreement grants Pinacor the exclusive right to offer the Intelispan VPN service to resellers seeking to expand their service offerings' to existing and new end-users. The multi-year agreement provides Pinacor's resellers with yet another tool to foster long-term relationships between the reseller and end-user clients.
