Tell us David, how do you know that the officers did not sell their stock? I know, I know, you assume that they are honest, and would file the forms required by the SEC in the event of such a sale. But the lack of forms filed does not prove that they did not sell stock. Criminals (in general) are not known for having a high regard for the law, so if someone were a criminal, why would it be a safe assumption that they would follow a particular law, but that they would break others?

Perhaps they did not sell stock in the same way that they paid off "all" of their debts in the bankruptcy proceeding.

See you at .02,

Barb
