If it makes you feel any better (it probably won't), I just bought some for my younger brother (he already owned a little at $19, which he bought about this time last year).

Look, the average Nasdaq stock is down almost 40% from its high. That would put SGR at about 16 7/8 (which is where it was bid for a while yesterday). I think we'll see a recovery over the next couple of months, but there's never any guarantees. There may be a little concern over the guidance from SGR, as they have suggested that much of 99's earnings will be in Q3 and Q4. Therefore, some investors may want to take a wait and see attitude until the second half. We certainly aren't seeing many new buyers step up to the plate.

I haven't sold a share, yet. Unless I hear something else, I'm hanging in there.
