Buy 500 shares for 15% below the ask? How is it possible to buy 500 shares 15% below the asking price. I work with Waterhouse Securities and I almost always have to buy at the ask or the purchase will never take place. The only time I can buy below the ask on a penny stock is when the stock is about to drop by about 30%+. What is your experience? What is your explanation?
