Hi rampage: The technical status has not improved over the past month if anything it has worsened. All indicators have turned negative and this suggests much lower prices. I do not believe that there is a base being created here, the volume and price movement in this trading range over the past few weeks suggests distribution not accumulation. Personally I don't trust it and feel it should be avoided until the technical outlook improves. Flo J
