Douglas, you can find substantiation of the 1989 civil judgement against Asensio in the NY Times 3/11/98 edition. It may be easier to find if you go to the SI Crystallex thread and search for a post by me on that date, as I posted a link. Perhaps Graystone will show the great due diligence that the Crystallex shareholders went to to find all the details. Of course the Crystallex shareholders were not the first who thought the judgement would make a difference to their stocks performance, and will probably not be the last.
