On the contrary, I think there's an excellent chance you'll see another reverse split in the near future. They did go from 60MM shares to 250MM i 5-6 months (Sep 97-Feb 98). There must be tens of millions out by now, I don't believe the market would value this co. less than 1-2 million $. Heck, there are answering machines trading for that amount in BB land. If hundreds of thousands perhaps millions of $ are being converted at 3-4 cents it adds up very quickly. When you, dear investors, have finished paying up the debenture (Debentures, there could be more, for all we know) what do you think will happen? Baldur F. P.S. Perhaps that header should be changed, it looks sort of silly.
