KC, It is simple. They are all operated as private clubs and they can ban anyone they choose. In order to win consistently, you not only have to wear a disguise, but you have to pretend to be drunk or a rube who just got lucky. Not worth the effort any more, IMHO. Besides, the type of people who tell you "they don't want to see you round here no more" are not exactly your Kiwanis and Rotarian types. <G> MB
