The fact is that SAP trades at a SIGNIFICANT premium to other stocks in its peer group. While it could legitimately be argued that a premium is deserved, I think the size of the current premium is hard to justify. PSFT is trading for less than 60 '98 EPS, SAP is closer to 90. PSFT, moreover, is growing more quickly. While this could mean that the OTHER stocks in the group are undervalued, something's got to give....
