Lisa, Dell is not on a Bullish shakeout. You can only have a shakeout if it is the first sell signal in an uptrend. Dell has given two sell signals. Right now it is on a double bottom sell. Next support down at 90. 103.885 turns the weekly momentum negative. Daily and monthly negative already. If it reverses up from here, it can give a triple top at 114.
