Please enlighten us as to what action Mr.Young should fear Liability for? Since you keep denying corporate and management culpability for anything, it is most curious you should be pointing the finger of blame at anyone. But, then, Mr. Young probably has the goods on your co-conspirators, so it is in your best interest to suggest he is guilty of something.
