Thanks for the new thread TD. Who'd'a thunk the market would perceive this merger so negatively? Market cap of both companies has been halved! Way overdone in my opinion. The merger may increase uncertainty in the short-term but it greatly enhances the company's prospects in the intermediate and long term. It seems investors are more discouraged by the potential difficulties associated with integrating the two sales forces than they are encouraged by the great synergies among products and between customer bases. I started a new position yesterday @ 25 3/4. My guess is $50-75 6-12 months from now. FWIW.....ed
