Hi Denim

If you are talking about listing on a senior US exchange e.g. NASDAQ you cannot list a stock trading at $.08 Cdn. The NASDAQ minimum listing requirement for a small cap company demands a minimum bid price of $4.00 US. As well, registering with the SEC and obtaining a NASDAQ listing is going to cost any company around $200,000 US. JCI's last quarterly shows cash on hand of approx. ($30,000). I don't think JCI is going to be able to achieve a NASDAQ or any other US listing.

As regards JCI having Canada's most visited web site - mls.ca. JCI hosts that site they don't own it. The Canadian Real Estate Association owns the site. Their agreement with JCI does give JCI the advertising revenues generated by the site. But I thought JCI has announced the sale of mls.ca to Real Logic. Is this deal going through? What is the status of their contract with CREA?

As for their employment database service, that web site has been down for months " under construction". The notice on the site says it will be up and running this month. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. But there are lots of other on line job search services on the Internet that are up and running. JCI will not have this field to themselves.

The third JCI on line service - AutoMatch - also seems to be going nowhere. Mr. Edmunds announced the launch of a revolutionary new software for the service in a press release this spring I think. The new software was going to allow car lots and individual owners across Canada to easily upload their cars for sale onto the AutoMatch database. But have you gone to the AutoMatch web site and conducted a search for a car? There is one car lot in Victoria that has posted about 20 cars for sale. There is one private car for sale. This is not the kind of numbers you would expect from a promising Internet company.

I've held onto my shares for a long time hoping that JCI's early promise would be fulfilled. My patience is just about gone. I am considering taking my lumps and getting at least 8 cents for them. But then again hope springs eternal. Maybe you are right - it is useless to sell at these prices.
