Are you kidding?! Recent press release shows without a doubt that PERI mgmt is seeing their net worth go downtown. The buyback is smoke and mirrors because it artificially boost EPS because less shares will be available after re-purchase. They explain this between the lines by saying that the 1 st quarter will be, again, low. AXES NEED TO FALL IN THE FOREST OF MGMT! SG&A IS A JOKE FOR SUCH A SMALL COMPANY. I've been buying this stock down from $15, BV is at $5. Who at PERI isn't getting this? They've all been their soooo long that they've become golfing buddies, and no-one wants to 'can' a friend. RE-STRUCTURE MGMT, if the pipeline is as strong as they say it is in the release, then this is thee IDEAL time to do it.
